What are the Costs?
We take a 5% commission fee from the project budget and an annual association fee.
Payment is handled seamlessly through our platform—when a body shop and technician connect and complete a job, IHS takes a small 5% fee from the total cost. It’s similar to Airbnb: simple, transparent, and only charged when a successful match is made.

How does the platform work?
It’s simple: create an account, browse body shop profiles and except the offers made when presented by the Body Shop. Non-hail repairs will be posted to techs closest to the Body Shop location.
Is there a cost to join?
Yes, an annual association fee will be required to be a part of the IHS Directory and to view the Job Boards. We only take a 5% fee when you successfully complete a job through the platform.
How do I get paid?
You get payed through our website, when a job is accepted, you would operate just like any independent contractor. We facilitate the connection and will process the payements through Stripe when the job is completed.
How is the 5% fee collected?
Once you accept the job, IHS takes a 5% cut from the total job value. It’s similar to how platforms like Airbnb operate—only when a match is made.
Is there a review system?
We’ve included a feedback feature so Body Shops can rate their experience and help other Body Shops choose the right technician with confidence.
